We are seeking a Florida-barred Associate Attorney in good standing with 5-7+ years of experience in the real estate field, who can handle individual caseloads while leading a team. Under the direction of the principal attorney, you will supervise and mentor a team of paralegals, manage real estate transactions, and ensure compliance with title closing laws, guidelines, and regulations. Most of the current work focuses on residential transactions, with some commercial projects and occasional commercial real estate litigation.
This role requires a strong commitment to achieving excellent results for clients through intelligent and aggressive advocacy. The Associate Attorney must demonstrate exceptional work ethic, high motivation, and a positive attitude, as well as the ability to work well with diverse individuals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor a team of paralegals, ensuring efficient task delegation and productivity.
- Manage and oversee the title closing process, including preparing and reviewing policies for recording and handling purchase/sales agreements.
- Work on residential real estate transactions with some commercial work and occasional involvement in commercial real estate litigation.
- Engage in business development by attending community activities, networking events, and professional associations.
- Participate in presentations, speaking engagements, and other visibility efforts to help grow the firm's presence.

Technical Skills:
- Knowledgeable of residential and commercial property sale/purchase transactions, including clearing title requirements, reviewing surveys, timely recording of real estate transaction documentation, and completion/filing of title policies and other related practice areas.
- Knowledgeable of local and regional real estate attorney and realtor networks, particularly in Palm Beach and Martin Counties.
- Proficiency in managing the Closer’s Choice real estate software, including report generation and analysis.
