Pay: $20.00 – $27.00 per hour

About the Role
As a Dental Assistant at Gardens Dentistry, you’ll play an essential role in creating an exceptional experience for our patients. From preparing rooms and assisting doctors to ensuring comfort and delivering outstanding chairside care, you help us maintain the elevated standard we’re known for.
Responsibilities

Assist dentists chairside during all procedures (restorative, surgical, cosmetic)

Prepare, disinfect, and stock operatories efficiently

Take digital X-rays & scans (CBCT or iTero experience preferred)

Review medical histories and ensure accurate patient charting

Provide exceptional patient care with a friendly, reassuring approach

Support daily clinical flow and help maintain a smooth, organized back office

Follow infection control and sterilization protocols

Assist with lab cases, materials, and daily room readiness
Required Qualifications

3–5+ years of dental assisting experience (general dentistry strongly preferred)

Florida X-ray certification required

Strong chairside skills and ability to anticipate provider needs

Experience with digital dentistry (scanners, digital charts, photos) preferred

Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills

Positive, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Schedule
Full-Time
Monday–Friday (no weekends)
Compensation
$20.00 – $27.00 per hour, based on experience
