Somerset Academy Avenir Announces Inaugural Turkey Trot 5K & Family Fun Run
Palm Beach Gardens, FL — November 7, 2025 — Somerset Academy Avenir is lacing up for its first-ever Turkey Trot 5K & Family Fun Run, a festive community event hosted by the school’s parent organization, Somerset Involved Parents (SIPs). The event promises a morning of fitness, fun, and family spirit—all in support of Somerset Academy Avenir’s students and programs.
The Inaugural Turkey Trot invites runners and families of all ages to participate in three exciting races:
- Gobbler 5K – for those ready to race
- Tiny Trot 1-Mile Fun Run – perfect for families
- Turkey Dash 50-Yard Dash – for our youngest trotters

The SIPs have set a fundraising goal of $10,000 to enhance the school’s Media Center and expand the display of visual art throughout the building. Every dollar raised will directly benefit students by helping create a more inspiring and engaging learning environment.
