Our Speaker
Nancy Rizzuto, Managing Director, Sage View Advisory
Nancy is a Managing Director at SageView Advisory Group (SageView), an independent SEC Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) that advises its clients on over $235 billion in assets.
After twenty-two years as a Founding Partner and Principal of CAP STRAT, Nancy and her business partners marked a significant milestone by completing the sale of their firm in August 2025 to SageView.
She is also a Founder of the CAP STRAT Women’s Forum (now part of SageView), a community established in 2015 to champion and support women's personal, professional, and financial success. Today, the Women’s Forum reaches over 6000 professional women.
Nancy’s leadership is a catalyst for engaging, educating, and amplifying women across diverse industries, professions, and stages of life, inspiring them to own their power and achieve financial freedom. Her purpose is to serve others, especially women, by empowering them to be the boss of their money, own their financial strength, maintain their seat at the table, take decisive action toward financial peace of mind for themselves and their future generations, and build a lasting and impactful legacy.
What lights Nancy up is connecting with and being in community and conversation with dynamic, interesting, and talented women and guiding them to show up for themselves, focus on what matters most, and prioritize their own self-perception above all else.
She is a fierce proponent of mentoring. For years, she has mentored other founders, entrepreneurs, emerging leaders, and high-potential women locally and across the country.
She is an active member of many philanthropic organizations in the community because creating transformational and lasting change in the lives of others is a priority.
Faith is her anchor. She believes four of the most important words you can say to someone are, "I believe in you." The two most important words you can say to yourself are, "I am."
