Event Description:
The Women in Business Council is dedicated to offering education and networking opportunities for Women in Business. The Women In Business 2024 Mentorship Academy, Presented by Lickstein Plastic Surgery is an opportunity for women facing challenges affecting their career or business to grow personally and professionally. Each mentee is pair with a Mentor, who provides mentees with guidance, motivation, and encouragement on their professional and personal journeys. Our six virtual sessions are complemented by an in-person Kickoff, happy hours, and Final Session. We strive to ensure that our mentees can take actionable steps, with the one -on-one guidance of their mentors, in order to realize their dreams. This program occurs every Spring. 
 
WHY?
To offer growth and support to a female businessperson.  We will:
  1. Identify career inhibitors in your life and work
  2. Create a strategy to overcome the various career inhibitors
  3. Helping you develop leadership skills for advancing her career
  4. Instill confidence and provide a business support network
  5. Helping you reach your fullest potential
WHO can participate?
Woman member (or future member) of the PBNCC must have at least 2 of the below:
  • Woman-owned business
  • Younger Woman/Young Professional beginning her career or business
  • Woman reentering the workforce
  • Woman wanting to advance her career
  • Woman leader working in the nonprofit sector
Deadline to participate as a mentee is Friday, April 12th at 12 NOON.
