Prepare your soon-to-be high schooler for a successful journey with High School Prep 101. Our course equips students with essential life skills and knowledge to thrive in high school and beyond.

Through engaging sessions, students will learn practical strategies for time management, goal-setting, and effective communication. They’ll develop the mindset and skills needed to navigate high school with confidence and resilience.

The course sessions are as follows:

• Mindful Minds: How to manage your mind to perform at its best
• Optimized Organizer: Strategies to help you manage time, tasks, and tests
• Confident Communicator: Tips for talking to teachers, peers, and adults
• Goal-Getter: Tips on how to set goals and develop the perseverance to see them come to life
• Brainy Breakthroughs: How to develop skills to better solve problems
• Study Skills: Preparing students with the skills they need to be better learners and achievers

Classes start April 20th at 9:00 AM and will be held virtually. Prizes will be given for attendance and participation!
