Spring is the season of the Wood element, the rising energy of the Liver and Gallbladder meridians, and the transformation of anger into vision. Just as the earth thaws and green shoots push through the soil, this gathering supports clearing stagnation, releasing old patterns, and planting the seeds of renewal.

Guided by the myth of Persephone’s Return, participants explore how spring’s rising energy supports clarity, creativity, and expansion.
