Join us along the sparkling waterfront at Manatee Lagoon on Friday, November 8th, for an evening of seagrass spritzers, dinner by- the-bites, live music, and an extraordinary silent auction.
This annual fundraising event is being hosted to raise awareness about the loss of seagrass, manatees’ primary food source, and to inform and educate our community about what we can all do to help safeguard manatees and their habitats.
This year’s very special guest is Dr. Guy Harvey, world-renowned artist, scientist, explorer, diver, angler, and dedicated conservationist fiercely devoted to his love of the sea. Dr. Harvey will be presented with a special award, honoring his continued dedication to marine conservation through the research and education work of the Guy Harvey Foundation.
We invite you to be part of the excitement as we engage the community for the betterment of manatees, seagrass, and marine habitats.
Manatees need our help and together we can work toward cleaner water, safer boating practices, greater awareness, and becoming active stewards of our environment.
